The MODEL that sets us apart!

Holistic Generational Community Based MODEL
•Target the grandmother, mother, auntie, sister in a disadvantaged community and impact the whole family with focus on children and poverty reduction
•Inspire unemployed ladies towards a better life
•Provide mobility towards employment – training at the centre and placement in entry-level positions (domestic, cleaning, etc)
•Mentor, build and maintain relationships with these ladies
•Inspiration filters down to their family members
•Bursaries, school fees, career guidance, etc. available to their children and extended family members who meet certain criteria
•Motivated learner introduces us to their home community elsewhere in SA and we identify the next opportunities for development
•Next centre is established by creating word of mouth awareness in that community, finding, equipping and employing a suitable facilitator from the community and erect next learning centre in that community with quality control on a national basis
